Helpdesk

Probably the most important office in the building! The helpdesk is manned all the time that the labs are open for student use (see the Overview for times of opening) - usually by two members of the Faculty's Information Systems Team - and is intended to be the first port of call if a student or member of staff is experiencing problems while using the computing equipment on the site. The telephone extension for the Helpdesk is 6092 - if a call cannot be answered it is redirected to one of the other offices.
